Fitness has always been a place for me to find self confidence, I used to struggled with weight gain and I never really felt confident in my body. I gave weight lifting a chance, but still didn't see the results that I wanted. I wasn't till I got certified as a personal trainer that I figured out how much goes into building your body in the gym, for not to mention the huge impact your diet has on your results. I want to help others eliminate all of the trial and errors I went through.
Online coaching is far more optimal as you get to workout around your schedule and have all of your program and diet details on your phone whenever you need them. Online coaching helps you keep accountable outside the 50min of training, so you can stick to your goals and commit to a healthy lifestyle.
